RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Justin Beere, we are committed to providing high-quality educational resources. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
This policy applies to all purchases made via www.justin-beere.com.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PDF DOWNLOADS)
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a digital product has been downloaded.
This includes situations where:
The product is no longer required
The product was purchased in error
The purchaser decides they do not wish to use the product
Faulty or Incorrect Files
If you experience any of the following issues, we will happily assist:
The file is corrupted or unreadable
You receive the wrong product
The download link does not work
In these cases, we will:
Provide a replacement file, or
Issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
PRINTED PRODUCTS (PRINT-ON-DEMAND JOURNALS)
Printed copies of My Clarinet Companion are produced on demand through a third-party printing partner.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on printed products, including:
Ordering the wrong format
No longer wanting the product
Incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty.
If your printed journal arrives:
Damaged
Misprinted
With missing or incorrect pages
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange either:
A replacement copy, or
A refund (where a replacement is not possible)
SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES
Printed products are produced on demand and typically ship within 5–10 business days, excluding shipping transit time.
Please note:
Delivery times may vary depending on location
Delays caused by postal services are outside our control
STUDIO LICENCES & BULK ORDERS
Digital Studio Licences
Studio licence purchases are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe you have purchased the incorrect licence tier, please contact us before distributing the material and we will assist where possible.
Bulk Printed Orders
Bulk orders are final once printing has commenced. Refunds or replacements will only be offered for faulty or damaged items.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
